Your tech was professional and courteous. But I do think you should give them a broom and dustpan to clean up the small glass pieces after they finish the job.

Response time was great and window of availability was also great pre-repair; unfortunately, the post repair with response to unfinished repair is concerning. The repair of the window was completed although the process of inspection to assure all mechanical functions were working was not fulfilled.

I was told that someone would call between 9 and 4 on Tuesday 12/3/19 and show up a half hour later to replace my windshield. No one called, no one showed up. I called 844-720-2020 at 4:14pm and spoke to a Hispanic female. She stated I was scheduled for Wednesday 12/3/19 between 10am and 12pm. I told her 12/3/19 is today which is a Tuesday. She indicated someone screwed up the schedule. She then wanted to know if I had a garage someone could work in if it is raining. I told her I do not. She then went on to say that she would have someone call me at some point tomorrow, 12/4/19, to reschedule if it is raining. Not acceptable. I took the day off of work to be at home and waited on 777 Autoglass all day (and it wasn't raining) to come fix my windshield. I want you to take the $278.80 hold off of my bank account immediately so that I can try to find a reputable and trustworthy company to come and replace my windshield. I'm beyond angry and won't use your services again.
