By chance, this was the same technician that replaced my windshield last year when it was also hit by a stone. This time as well as the first replacement, he did an excellent, thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. He was courteous, friendly and made certain that the windshield was clean before he left me with instructions now that the job was complete. Thank You

When I spoke to Mike on the phone he was great. He is the main reason I chose to go with your company, despite getting lower quotes. Unfortunately, things started to not go so well after that. I scheduled my appointment for Thursday with him. However, they showed up today to do the work without the numerous notifications I was told I would receive. I only received an email this morning stating they were coming and a phone call upon arrival. Fortunately, they were able to wait for me to become available. I was impressed with the customer service I received from ''Julio'' (I think). The workmanship looks good and he even took the time to put my oil check sticker and decorative mirror item back in place. The last negative feedback I have is that he was supposed to notify me when he was finished working on the windshield so that I would be able to lock my car. He did not do so. Leaving my car unlocked is a high risk in the neighborhood where I work. Fortunately, nothing was taken, but I still would have appreciated the chance to lock it. Thank your for your quick service. I will keep you in mind in the future if you keep Mike around!
