I'm very pleased with the service done on my Dodge. I called Safelight glass on Wednesday to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The quote came in at around $385.00 and they couldn't install until a week from Thursday. Auto Glass Gurugave me a price of $290.00 installed and did it the next day. Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.
