On time, pleasant, very efficient, did a fantastic job! The whole procedure took less than an hour! Should I ever have another problem I will contact this business again! Just a side note I had contacted SafeLite and they changed their price and added additional charges within 5 minutes! Auto Glass Guru quoted me a price, stuck with the price, and did an excellent job staying in contact with me. Thank you it could have not been a better experience!!!! I give you a 10+ rating! Everything went smoothly for my windshield replacement and the finished product looks great. A little feedback to indicate why I did not give 5 starts. 1) The confirmation email that was sent to me this morning did not have a name, phone number, or estimated time for the technician (as I was told it would when I booked the appointment on the phone). 2) The technician did not have any receipt/invoice, paperwork, or information regarding the transaction (even though I was told on the phone that he would), and told me to email in for the invoice receipt. He did not even know the phone number for me to call to get the warranty information (I was told when booking the appointment that he would go over that with me). Other than these things, the technician was kind, quick, and efficient (done within half an hour). I hope to get the invoice and warranty information via email still, but that is all that I need. Thanks for everything.
